In the year 2000, members of LCC formed the Permanent Endowment Fund to provide lasting support to the church. The idea behind the PEF is that the fund will provide an annual income to help support the ministry of the church. Members and friends of the church give to the PEF, and those funds are invested with the East Bay Community Foundation. Earnings generated by the investments are used to support the work of Christian Education and Healing Ministries, plus debt reduction and property improvements.
Giving to the PEF is not intended to compete with the regular giving of members, but simply to provide for the future of ministry at LCC. If you would like to give to the Permanent Endowment Fund, you can
- Make a cash gift of any amount
- Pledge to the PEF and make regular payment
-
Provide gifts of property, stocks or securities
-
Make a gift through your will or estate plan
