It is the membership of our community that develops the vision by which the church sets it course. We are always interested in members who wish to serve in leadership positions; just tell the pastoral staff you are interested.

The Board of LCC is made up of various committee heads, a Board Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, our Chief Financial Officer, a Member at large, and the Convener of the Elders. They meet three times a year or more, if needed.
