There are many places to gather at Lafayette Christian Church.

The Courtyard and Eaton Memorial Garden is an excellent, newly paved and planted space that accommodates gatherings of 50-75 in both sunlight and shade. The garden is particularly beautiful in the early evening hours.

Our new patio is the perfect place for an outdoor gathering of up to 150 seated at tables . The lawn easily seats wedding gatherings of 120 and includes an antique trellis as a focal point. Simple landscaping highlights the natural setting along the creek and nearby Founder’s Grove.

Founder’s Grove is a one acre parcel left natural for ceremonies and gatherings by the creek, under the century old oak trees. A path leads to the grove which can accommodate tables, chairs, and ceremonies for up to 150. This area is in complete shade most of the day, with sunlight in different areas at different times.

These gathering places are available, along with our indoor meeting hall, Marion Hall, for off-site retreats and trainings (no overnight accommodations), family reunions, birthday parties, Christmas parties, team celebrations, corporate meetings. We can accommodate gatherings of up to 200, including a new catering kitchen, handicapped accessibility, places to “roam” while on a break over a cup of tea or coffee, and on-site management for events.

There is a space that is appropriate for work or celebration.
